"Pre covid19 I gave this company 5* Now I wouldn't give them -5* Another case of appalling (no) customer care when urgently needed ignoring emails etc All this after several bookings with them A case of okay as long as everything goes as planned. I know covid19 is not your fault but come on Travel Trolley and grow up I will book direct with airline in future I would have had my money back.
